"Thoughtful, intentional, and elevated down to every last detail, Alys Beach is, in a word, sublime." - Rebecca Dancer, Vogue Magazine

The unique architecture of Alys Beach, led by Erik Vogt and Marieanne Khoury-Vogt of Khoury VogtT is inspired by the white-washed, stucco buildings found in Bermuda and the Mediterranean. The design features courtyards, lush landscaping, and a focus on sustainability and environmental harmony. Since its inception, Alys Beach has grown in popularity as a luxury destination. Alys Beach is part of a series of New Urbanist communities developed along this stretch of the Florida Panhandle, which also includes Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Alys Beach was developed by EBSCO Industries, a company based in Birmingham, Alabama. The community was designed by Duany Plater-Zyberk & Company, a firm known for its New Urbanist approach, which emphasizes walkability, mixed-use spaces, and community-focused living.

Alys Beach owners enjoy a multitude of private amenities including owner-only pools, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, beach club and private beach. Single family homes in Alys range from condominium residences to townhomes and free-standing structures. All of the townhomes and free-standing houses have courtyards, many with pools or water-features.
